Required Qualifications: Must be licensed in Ohio

License/Certification:

Master’s Degree Preferred (LSW/LISW, LPC, LPCC) (Required) Preferred Qualification:

1+ year of experience in PHP Therapist as a Master’s degree preferred (LSW/LISW, LPC, LPCC)
