Brouhaha Brewery is looking for an Experienced Brewer to join our production team. You'll work closely with our Head Brewer on brewing operations, and support our floor team with cellaring tasks — helping us keep quality high and consistent across everything we produce.

What you'll be doing
Assisting our Head Brewer with wort production and recipe development
Cellaring duties: transfers, carbonation checks, fining, and general beer care
CIP (clean-in-place) of fermenters and brewhouse
Keg cleaning and filling
Packaging line operation
Stock rotation and ordering of raw materials
Process troubleshooting and general brewery maintenance
Sensory evaluation and quality checks
Accurately logging production records in Beer 30 or other systems
Forklift operation
Helping train recent production team members
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards, following (and helping develop) SOPs
Occasionally lending a hand in the bar/restaurant, or representing Brouhaha at festivals and events as our "brand ambassador"

What we're looking for
Hands-on brewing experience, ideally in manufacturing/production line environments
Experience producing wort
Hospitality experience a plus
General Certificate in Brewing desirable, not essential
Current QLD driver's licence and current RSA
Willingness to obtain/maintain a forklift licence
Comfortable working some evenings/weekends around events, and occasional overnight stays for work
Solid attention to detail, valuable communicator, and a genuine team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed
