The Chance

It's events season, and we need a robust Event Producer who can hit the ground running. This is a freelance role for someone who can jump in now and take ownership of production from concept through to flawless execution, working across live events and brand activations for our clients. If you thrive on variety, love a busy calendar, and know how to keep every moving part of an event on track, we want to hear from you.

About You
Solid experience in event production, with a track record of delivering polished results end to end
Confident managing planning, logistics, and onsite execution simultaneously




A natural relationship builder who works well with clients, suppliers, and internal teams under time pressure
Detail oriented, proactive, and calm when things move quickly
Financially savvy, comfortable owning budgets and keeping events profitable
Immediately available or able to start within a short timeframe

What You'll Be Doing
Producing and delivering events from concept to completion
Developing proposals, budgets, run sheets, and production schedules
Managing supplier onboarding, negotiations, risk assessments, and onsite logistics
Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project
Collaborating with our PR, digital, and creative teams to bring integrated event experiences to life
Keeping every budget accountable and every deadline met

The Details This is a freelance engagement, ideal for someone who can start immediately and scale their involvement across the events season. Sydney or Melbourne based candidates welcome, we have offices in both.
