The Role:
Part time role - 30 hours a week
Open to Certificate 3 or Diploma Educators only
Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

About You:
Hold a Diploma / Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1 year
A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Have robust communication skills written and verbal
Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interest
