Join the Exact team in this key project leadership role as an Earthworks Superintendent.

You will play a key role in helping deliver road construction, civil, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects in remote SA, NT & NSW.

You will be responsible for ensuring project activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be expected to work a FIFO roster, doing 14 days on, 7 days off.

Role responsibilities include:
Leading & maintaining a solid safety culture
Driving operational efficiency, productivity and achieving schedules
Having an ‘on the ground’ presence and providing guidance and feedback to the teams and individuals
Maintaining and adhering to the projects schedule of activities
Ensuring all contractual and KPI requirements are understood, delivered and reported on
Liaising with the Project Leadership Team to meet objectives
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and maximise resources

The successful candidate will have:
Current drivers licence (essential)
Experience in a similar role,



with extensive earthworks experience
Cert IV or Diploma in Management (or equivalent)
S1, S2, S3 qualification (desirable)
Effective planning, time management and prioritisation skills
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to manage others
Competence with Microsoft Office and MS Projects
Excellent communication skills
