What we are looking for




Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef (all levels will be considered) or Demi/Commis Chef for the main kitchen
Solid knowledge of food, produce, and kitchen operations
Transparent communication and excellent organisational skills
A team player who thrives under pressure
Full Australian working rights
Availability for nights and weekends
