Overview We are seeking an experienced and people‑focused Centre Leader to join our Belrose dental centre. This role offers the opportunity to lead a well established clinic with a loyal patient base, a fantastic team and experienced dentists who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities - Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the dental centre.
Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing support team.
Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation.
Support practitioners in delivering exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations.
Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics.
Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with the Regional Business Leader to support ongoing centre success.

Qualifications & Experience - Experience in a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental experience highly regarded).
Robust operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination.
Experience leading and developing teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement.
