About the role

Post Express' is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Delivery Courier to join our team in Sydney. As a Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and packages to customers throughout the metropolitan area. This is a full-time role that requires you to work regular hours, with the potential for some overtime as needed.

What you'll be doing
Pick up packages from our distribution centre and plan the most efficient delivery route
Carefully handle and transport all packages to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and handle any special requests
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures and delivery times
Provide excellent customer service and represent Post Express' in a professional manner
Comply with all relevant safety and traffic regulations

What we're looking for
A valid driver's licence and clean driving record
Experience working as a delivery courier or in a similar logistics role
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently




Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy packages
Knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions
