About The Role ACS's Cargo team manages charters ranging from livestock to engines and rally cars, requiring versatile, dynamic brokers. We're searching for a passionate Cargo Trainee Broker to join the team, with award-winning training and a clear nine-stage progression structure.

Key Responsibilities
Build a list of potential customers through research and outbound sales calls, emails and visits
Build relationships with Cargo Operators to provide the widest range of aircraft solutions
Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion, including urgent inbound requests




Present bespoke quotes demonstrating commercial acumen
Flight watching and overseeing flight departures

Essential Requirements
Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions fast
Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent numeracy and communication skills
