What You’ll Do As a Customer Success Associate, You’ll Support The Team In Helping Customers Get Maximum Value From The Platform. Your Day-to-day Will Include
Understanding how customers use the platform and identifying gaps or friction points
Proactively engaging with end users to drive regular usage and feature adoption




Supporting onboarding and ongoing customer enablement
Working closely with marketing and product teams to help customers stay informed about recent features, improvements, and best practices
Ensuring the right customer stakeholders are engaged and receiving relevant updates
Learning how renewals, upsell, and cross-sell conversations work in a SaaS business
Assisting the Customer Success team with operational and account support tasks

What We’re Looking For
Previous work or internship experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or a technology environment (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a rapid-moving workplace
Interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience
