ARCway Careers are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer ServiceTrainee to join a quick growing Private Lending Firm based in Norwest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance, gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment and complete a Nationally Recognised Certificate 3 in Business.

The role is an Entry-Level Position - No Previous Experience Required!

What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Assisting customers with their applications and supporting documents
Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities
Updating customer details in the CRM system
Generating and sending contracts for settlements
Completing welcome calls with recent customers
Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
