We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic temp-to-permanent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team and secure a long-term position.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of B2B customers, processing a high volume of orders and ensuring customers receive a professional and productive service.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing a high volume of B2B customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Entering and updating orders within internal systems
Liaising with customers regarding order status, availability and delivery updates
Managing amendments, queries and issues relating to existing orders
Maintaining accurate customer and order information
Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
Building strong working relationships with B2B customers
Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner




Providing general administrative support to the wider customer service team

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Order Processing, Customer Care or Sales Support position
Experience working within a high-volume B2B environment
Solid phone and email-based customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
Confident communication skills and a professional approach
Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce would be highly regarded
Strong general computer and systems skills
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

What's On Offer?
$65,000–$70,000 + Super
