About the role:

We are looking for experienced café staff and baristas for our Altona North location who are team orientated, fast-paced, and have a passion for customer service!

We have flexible shifts perfect for working parents with shifts during school hours as well as opportunities for students on weekends.

Food and Beverage Attendants:
Have at least 1 years’ table service experience in a high-volume café
Experience and confident with a 3 plate carry
Be confident to discuss allergies and menu options with customers
Have experience working autonomously and as part of a team
Have excellent presentation and customer service
Be able to obtain a police check
Have or be willing to obtain a Victorian RSA

Experienced Baristas:
Have at least 1 years’ barista experience in a high-volume café
Be competent to set, adjust and correct machine and grinder settings




Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
Be able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee with basic Latte Art
Be responsible for the Daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
Have experience working autonomously and as part of a team
Have excellent presentation and customer service
Be able to obtain a police check
Have or be willing to obtain a Victorian RSA
