Unified Communications Engineer (UC)- Cisco focused - $850-$950 per day - Sydney - Hybrid

About the role

This Unified Communications Engineer contract focuses on Cisco voice and contact centre technologies. You will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an enterprise wide Communications uplift.

Duties/Key responsibilities
Support and manage Cisco UCC and UCCX platforms in a cloud environment
Deliver and maintain contact centre voice telephony solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related issues
Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and upgrades
Ensure performance, availability, and security of communication systems

Skills and experience
Solid experience with Cisco UCC,



UCCX, and cloud voice technologies
Solid background in contact centre telephony (e.g. Mytell or similar)
Broad networking knowledge (routing, switching, QoS, SIP)
Proven troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
