Green Garden Childcare Centre provides a welcoming and inclusive environment to inspire children to become discoverers, learners and thinkers – holistically preparing them for a life of learning and wellbeing. Our mission is to provide premium education and care in a secure, welcoming, nurturing and supportive learning setting that meets the needs of each individual child and their family. We are currently looking for professional, passionate and committed educators to build our team.

About the Centre

We have two childcare centres at Colebee and Penrith. The company prides itself on its high-end renovation and variable resources allowing children and educators to explore and connect with great support.

Your key priorities will be to:
Planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies;
Daily/weekly planning and objectives;
Evaluate programming;
Completing the children's daily reports;
Creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment;
Maintaining a high level of health & safety standards; and
Food preparation as needed.

Your responsibility:
Educators are holding or willing to get a Certificate 3 qualification




Current Working with Children Check
ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis
Current understanding of National Quality Framework, Early Childhood Education and Care Laws and Regulations and the new Assessment and Rating Process.
Ensuring a focused approach to embed exceeding practices as per National Quality Standards.
Building connections within the community and create a positive reputation in early childhood education and customer service.
Comprehensive understanding of the planning cycle, observation techniques and making essential links to children's learning outcomes.
A commitment to best practice.
Demonstrated initiative and decision making abilities
Ability to time-manage and meet deadlines.
