Conveyancing Assistant - Port Augusta

We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Port Augusta.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organised and client-focused team member to work closely with our Conveyancing Team in supporting the management of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in conveyancing, real estate, administration, customer service or a related field who is looking to build a rewarding career in a supportive legal environment.

Based in our Port Augusta office, you will become part of a well-supported regional team while also having access to the resources, knowledge and expertise of our broader firm.

Key responsibilities include
Assisting with the administration of conveyancing files
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders
Preparing correspondence and documentation




Providing exceptional client service and support
Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development

About You

You will be highly organised, have solid attention to detail and enjoy working with clients and colleagues in a team environment. Previous experience in conveyancing, real estate, legal administration or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded, however we also encourage applications from candidates outside the legal industry who have transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.

This role would suit someone living in Port Augusta or the surrounding region who is looking for a long-term career chance within a respected South Australian law firm.
