What You Bring
Proven experience leading or supporting a high-performing retail team
A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Strong communication skills and the confidence to have meaningful performance conversations
Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and key trading periods
