Incredible opportunity to join this global FMCG business backed by Private Equity as they look to hire a BDM in their Corporate space.

Working in the Corporate space the role is focused on current business, you will be targeting and converting national and enterprise customers across priority segments (e.g. QSR / 2nd Tier).

This hunter-led role builds and qualifies pipeline, leads end-to-end prospects from discovery to signed agreement and first-order conversion, and lands strategically valuable new logos that support profitable, long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the national corporate new business plan, including target account list, prospecting approach and focus segments aligned to growth priorities.

Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and qualification criteria, including sustainability, compliance and regulatory drivers.

Prioritise fewer,



higher-value opportunities with clear win themes, stakeholders mapped and measurable next steps.

Use Hubspot to manage pipeline and work closely with marketing

Develop commercial proposals and tender responses with value-based business cases, including sustainability and compliance outcomes.

Close profitable, executable deals

We are looking for experienced BDM's with :

Customer-first mindset with strong commercial judgement and ownership.

Proven history within the FMCG space A Explicit communicator who builds alignment, accountability, and momentum.

Outcome-oriented and calm under pressure; prioritises, course-corrects, and acts quickly, collaboratively and decisively.
