The opportunity A leading Sydney property styling business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive recent client acquisition and revenue growth across NSW.

This is a genuine hunter role for someone who can open doors, build influential relationships and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. You will work with real estate agents, property developers, architects and other key decision-makers who influence how properties are prepared and presented for sale.

What you’ll do
Develop new business across Sydney and broader NSW
Build strong relationships with real estate agencies, developers, architects and project marketers
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial approach through to signed agreement
Identify opportunities to position property styling as a valuable part of the sales process
Attend client meetings, industry events, property launches and site visits




Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts
Work closely with the styling, operations and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

What you’ll bring
A proven track record in business development and current client acquisition
Experience in furniture sales, property styling, interiors, architecture, real estate, building products or another relevant industry
An established network within Sydney’s property, design or development market would be highly regarded
Strong commercial instincts and confidence dealing with senior decision-makers
A polished, consultative approach with the drive to win recent business
The ability to work autonomously and consistently deliver against revenue targets
