About Air Restore

Air Restore is a specialist HVAC hygiene, decontamination and remediation company working with some of Queensland's largest healthcare networks, government facilities and commercial operators. Our current Business Development Manager is moving on, and we're looking for an experienced BDM to step into an established territory of existing accounts — building on relationships already in place — while also driving new business growth across Queensland.

This is a genuine dual mandate: protect and grow what's already been built, and expand it. You'll get a proper handover from the outgoing BDM, backed by an experienced operations team.

The Role

Take ownership of an existing client portfolio from day one — maintaining and growing those relationships — while also prospecting and closing current business to expand Air Restore's footprint across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
Take over and manage an existing portfolio of client accounts across healthcare, government and commercial sectors
Maintain and grow relationships with existing facility managers, asset managers, consultants and contractors
Generate recent leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and market research
Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations




Prepare and negotiate quotations and proposals
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to contract renewal
Maintain accurate records of accounts, activity and opportunities in the CRM
Support handover of awarded and renewed projects to the operations team
Attend industry events and networking functions to grow your skilled network

What We're Looking For

Essential
Demonstrated B2B sales and account management experience, ideally in facilities, healthcare, or a related technical/services industry
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while also generating new business
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
Current Australian driver's licence
Right to work in Australia
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Desirable
Background in HVAC, technical trades, construction or facilities/asset management
Experience selling into healthcare, government or commercial facilities
Experience managing a book of business through a handover/transition from a previous incumbent

What's on Offer

Base Salary

$95,000-$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + superannuation
