YOUR ROLE

You'll be the first and last impression of the clinic and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for every client.
Welcome and assist clients on arrival
Manage appointments and clinic schedules
Handle phone, email and online enquiries
Process payments and maintain client records




Support retail skincare recommendations and sales
Manage appointment confirmations and recalls
Assist with clinic administration and daily operations
Support social media and content creation activities

ABOUT YOU
Previous reception or customer service experience
Outstanding communication skills
Strong organisational ability
Professional presentation
Excellent attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
Passion for delivering exceptional service

Highly desirable
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or medical clinics
Retail sales experience
Social media confidence and marketing skills
Interest in skincare and aesthetics
