About the Role

Sheertex Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyse business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
Prepare reports, business cases, and performance analysis.
Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of current systems and business process improvements.
Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Perform other duties relevant to the Business Analyst position.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Salary

AUD 80,000 – AUD 90,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
