Role Description The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The role involves working with Business IT stakeholders and collecting requirements for Client's Digital Platforms and Salesforce.com settings, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of solutions. The candidate will be an key liaison between technical teams and business users, translating requirements into actionable tasks across the overall range of technologies that are part of a large transformation program.

Skills/expertise required
Strong skills in Business Analysis, including stakeholder engagement and requirements documentation
Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Experience in defining and managing Business Requirements and translating them into functional solutions
Knowledge of Business Process optimization and improvement strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds and platform from a functional perspective and strong knowledge of the platform is an advantage.
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud are preferred
Major Advantage: Experience in INSURANCE industry and knowledge of Low Code No Code Platforms and Salesforce within enterprise environments.
