Recruitment Consultant (Roles in HR, Finance & Business Support) – Melbourne

What you’ll do
Manage your own division and P&L; with autonomy and flexible working conditions.
Develop and nurture existing relationships (local and national agreements) to serve large multinationals and successful SMEs.
Fill roles across Finance, HR, IT, and Business Support with no geographic or salary boundaries.
Lead by example and help Core Talent double in size by building a team of your choosing.
Partner with marketing and business development to growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for
4+ years’ external agency recruitment experience with strong billing background (Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support advantageous but not essential).




Experience building or leading a team and the ability to work autonomously.
Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and deliver results.
