Global Mobility Manager

Location: Davidson Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

Davidson & ASC are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to drive the strategic direction, design, and execution of mobility programs supporting national defence outcomes.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior ASC leadership to shape mobility strategy aligned to future workforce demands.
Lead end‑to‑end global mobility policy, compliance, vendor management, and program design.
Build robust, trusted relationships that support leaders in high‑pressure, time‑critical settings.
Deliver transparent reporting, insights, and cost visibility to inform executive decision‑making.
Establish an efficient, human, consistent, and scalable mobility experience during rapid organisational growth.

Qualifications
Extensive experience leading global mobility programs in large, complex organisations.
Ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility quickly.
Deep understanding of multi‑jurisdictional compliance, tax frameworks,



immigration processes, and cross‑border workforce movement.
Experience designing or uplifting mobility frameworks to support organisational scale.
A global mindset, high integrity, and confidence to operate in ambiguity.
