Commercial Manager – Partnerships

Drive commercial outcomes and optimise partnerships for Qantas Loyalty. Position is fixed‑term 24 M based at Mascot Head Office.

Responsibilities
Enhance and support Qantas Loyalty’s Go‑To‑Market approach, commercial partnership pitches and negotiations.
Drive commercial performance of new and existing partnerships.
Strategically manage and execute all commercial agreements, ensuring sustained performance and commercial integrity.
Challenge current deal structures, provide commercial thought leadership and develop new deal constructs for agile loyalty landscape.
Collaborate with the Tribe and Squad leadership team on business performance, initiative prioritisation, strategic objectives and OKRs.

What You’ll Bring
10+ years’ experience in complex corporate environments with exposure to strategy formulation and execution, financial accounting and/or economics and significant experience supporting business performance.
Tertiary qualifications in a business‑related discipline.




Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at executive levels.
A solid understanding of customer loyalty and program economics.
Strategic thinking skills with strong commercial and financial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure.
Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
