About This Role

This flexible full-time role of Client Services Assistant is a key role within our team.

In this role, you will:
Coordinate compliance with client documents to ensure legislative requirements are met and internal procedures are followed
Collate client documents to arrange signing and lodgement with relevant authorities
Onboarding of recent clients
Assist with the establishment of current structures for clients
Assist with reception duties including answering phones and greeting clients
Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients
Support the administration team with overflow of work

About You

If you are a person who likes systems and procedures,



is highly organised and detail oriented and enjoys working with a team this is the ideal role for you.

If you’re the right person to join us, you will have prior experience in an administrative role and be an independent, autonomous, process-oriented worker. You will also:
Be accountable and take ownership for your work
Have a friendly, can-do attitude
Be savvy with technology
Have exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Be an excellent communicator and enjoy having a chat
