Cub Campers, a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of off-road camper trailers and caravans, is seeking reliable and motivated Production Assistants to join our growing team in North Rocks, NSW.

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll be hands-on in the assembly of our industry-leading camper trailers and caravans. You'll work across various stages of production including fabrication, fitting, and finishing—helping build products for Australians exploring the excellent outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble camper trailers and caravans using hand and power tools
Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders
Maintain a clean and protected work workplace
Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards
Support other departments as required

What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing,



automotive, or similar hands-on roles (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks between 10-20kg on a regular basis
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Australian permanent residency or appropriate work rights to work in Australia
