THE ROLE This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Director at our Eveleigh office, overseeing several client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery of work,



that is to deadline and profitable, whilst building strong, beneficial client relationships.

Values alignment is crucial. Someone who is agile, can-do, loves a challenge, and cares immensely about purpose and standards.

THE RIGHT PERSON
Mature and highly experienced agency-side is crucial
Minimum 2 years’ experience at Account Director level
Ideally from a small agency background
Ideally experienced in brand and marketing
Solid ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
Project Management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and resources effectively
Excellent presenting, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes
