About the role

This is a 3-month financial leadership stabilisation and delivery project. This interim Finance Manager assignment focused on ensuring disciplined month‑end close, APAC consolidation accuracy, and strong team leadership while reporting upstream to the US parent.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a Financial Accounting team of 8 (Assistant Accountants, Financial Accountants, Senior Financial Accountants).




Own and drive month‑end close, with a hard close deadline of working day 6.
Consolidate APAC financial results and report upstream to the US parent.
Oversee Balance Sheet Reconciliations and ensure accuracy and control.
Maintain strong financial controls in a structured reporting workplace.

Ideal Expert
Strong people leader with experience managing medium‑size finance teams.
Proven experience in quick, disciplined month‑end processes.
Experience in APAC consolidations and US reporting environments preferred.
Inventory industry experience desirable.
You must be immediately available and comfortable with a hands‑on contract role.
