The role
Build and iterate on quantitative models and research tooling
Develop production-grade software to support R&D;
Analyse complex data and turn insights into practical outcomes
Collaborate closely with a largely onsite technical team
Contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches
Background in mathematics, statistics, physics or strong software engineering experience
Experience with algorithms and complex problem-solving
Comfortable working between research and engineering
