About the role:

We are seeking experienced Electricians for upcoming Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change-out works at Goonyella Mine. You will assist with Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change-out works. This short-term prospect includes approximately one week of pre-work plus a four-week shutdown.

About you:
Current unrestricted electrical license
Standard 11 – advantageous
Current Coal Board Medical - advantageous
Experience with MCC or HV switchboard replacement works
Previous BMA or Goonyella Mine experience - advantageous
Current BMA Induction or willing to complete

What’s on offer:
$68.77 per hour casual rate - weekly pay
Additional $3.00 per hour site allowance
12-hour shifts on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster
Flights and camp accommodation provided - FIFO from anywhere
Approximately five weeks of work, including pre-work and shutdown activities
Training expected to commence 6th September
Shutdown to commence in October
