Duty Manager– Park Ridge Tavern

Park Ridge Tavern is a privately owned, highly successful venue who are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced venue, offering the opportunity to work with a solid team and contribute to a well-established operation.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue
Provide robust leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
Maintain venue procedures,



policies, and compliance standards
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures
Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Hands-on, proactive approach

Requirements
Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications
Availability to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and nights
