We are seeking a full time Retail Manager for our busy Tobacco and Gift store located in KINGSCLIFF, NSW 2847.
Key Details:
• Position: Retail Manager
• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum
• Location: KINGSCLIFF, NSW 2847.
Duties include:
• Overseeing daily store operations
• Managing staff and rosters
• Stock control and supplier coordination
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Meeting sales and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
• Robust customer service and team leadership skills
• Experience in tobacco or specialty retail preferred
