About the Candidate

The position requires hands‑on leadership across all F&B; and venue departments. A key focus will be maintaining full compliance with legislation while continuously improving operational efficiencies and customer experience. Close collaboration with senior leadership, marketing,



and events teams is essential to maximise performance and drive repeat business.

Your Skills and Experience
Proven experience in hospitality or F&B; management within a hotel or pub environment
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and performance
Demonstrated leadership capability with team development and mentoring experience
Solid understanding of compliance across liquor, food safety, and WHS
Relevant qualifications and licences including RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager
