About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for ongoing casual prospects supporting projects across schools and education facilities throughout Victoria.

This is a hands-on role involving general labouring, furniture relocation, manual handling, site clean-up, and assisting with various project requirements. We are looking for physically fit candidates who are comfortable with heavy lifting, working on their feet for extended periods, and performing a range of labouring duties in a team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labouring duties across a range of different sites
Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, equipment, and materials
Move and relocate furniture and equipment throughout worksites
Load and unload materials, furniture, and equipment
Carry materials and equipment around worksites
Assist tradespeople and contractors where required
Perform general site preparation and clean-up
Move rubbish, materials, and equipment as required
Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
Follow directions from supervisors and site management
Work safely around school staff, students, and other contractors
Assist with general maintenance and project-related duties as required




Work across a variety of locations and projects throughout Victoria

Requirements:
Previous labouring, construction, removals, warehouse, trades assistance, or similar experience highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable performing heavy lifting and manual handling
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and physical labour
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) – Mandatory
Own reliable transport is highly regarded
