Location: Wynnum / Cleveland / Brisbane Bayside
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 + Super — and yes, you genuinely get to choose your own KPIs.

We’re working with a small and growing OT team that’s doing things a little differently.

With just 4 OTs in the team, you’ll get genuine support, close access to experienced clinicians and the chance to become part of a tight-knit team — rather than getting lost in a big organisation.

They’re currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their adult NDIS team across Wynnum, Cleveland and the wider Brisbane Bayside area.

What you'll be working on

You’ll manage a predominantly adult caseload across the community, working across:
NDIS
Home Care Packages
Home modifications
Assistive technology
Equipment prescriptions
Functional assessments

You’ll have the flexibility to structure your day around your clients and work from home when you're not out in the community.





Current to community OT?

No problem.

You won’t be thrown straight into the deep end.

You’ll have the chance to shadow the Head OT for 6–8 weeks, giving you the time, support and exposure needed to build your confidence before taking on the caseload independently.

The ideal OT

You’ll be an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with adults and wants the flexibility of community-based work without feeling like you're on your own.

Whether you're already experienced in adult NDIS or looking to develop your community OT skills, the team is happy to support the right person.
