About You
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 2 commercial builder
Proven experience delivering projects valued at $15M+, including medical, aged care, or education builds
Demonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous roles
A proactive leader with a solid focus on safety, quality, and team culture
