We are seeking an Agent Services Manager to take ownership of the vendor experience and coordinate everything required to prepare properties for a successful campaign.

The Role

This is a highly organised and client-facing position working closely with vendors, sales agents and suppliers to ensure every property is presented beautifully and ready to launch. You will be responsible for:
Managing vendor communication throughout the pre-sale process
Coordinating property styling, photography, floorplans, trades, repairs and general property preparation
Managing campaign timelines and ensuring everything is delivered on schedule
Liaising closely with sales agents, vendors and external suppliers
Coordinating the many moving parts involved in bringing a property to market
Ensuring properties are presented to the highest possible standard




Providing a seamless and qualified experience for every vendor
Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
Building strong relationships with clients, agents and service providers

About You
Polished, highly organised and naturally client-focused
Previous experience in real estate sales administration
Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills
Confident managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-focused and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
