Tony Hollands Funerals is a family-owned Brisbane funeral home, proudly providing quality funeral services across South East Queensland. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual with experience in reception and/or the funeral industry to join our dedicated team.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with opportunities for progression within the company.

About the Role

In possession of a current QLD Open Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
Current Open Driver’s Licence and own transport
Professional, conservative appearance
Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
A caring and empathetic nature, with sensitivity and respect for grieving families
Office experience preferred




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents
Competence in filing and data management
Excellent telephone manner
Customer service focused with a “can-do” attitude
Team-oriented and willing to assist across various tasks
Availability to commence immediately

Key Duties
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Preparing and sending quotes
Data entry and general administrative tasks
Greeting and assisting families and visitors
Completing Microsoft Word and general computing work
Banking and maintaining cleanliness across all facilities
Assisting at funeral services as required
