We are looking for a reliable, hands-on landscape labourer/concreter to join our team.
The position involves a mix of structural landscaping, concreting, retaining-wall construction, earthworks and general civil labouring. A robust hourly rate is available for someone with significant concreting or retaining-wall experience.
The work includes:
Concrete preparation, formwork, reinforcement, pouring and finishing
Concrete sleeper and block retaining walls
Structural landscaping and drainage
Site preparation and earthworks
General construction and civil labouring
Operating machinery where appropriately experienced
What we are looking for:
Previous concreting, retaining-wall, civil or landscaping experience
Ability to produce quality work without constant supervision
Physically fit and willing to work on the tools
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Construction White Card
Highly regarded:
HR or HC truck licence
Excavator, skid-steer or roller tickets
Proven machinery operating experience
Experience reading plans and setting out work
