Your Next Opportunity:

Concentis is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead our clients construction teams across high-end residential projects in Loganholme, QLD. You’ll be responsible for on-site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects while working with a cooperative, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Manage subcontractors, trade teams,



and site personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Client teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
Track project progress, resolve in office issues, and ensure compliance with all construction and quality standards.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation for project handovers.
Identify opportunities to improve site processes and construction workflows.

About You:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar in residential construction
Solid leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
