Property Management Assistant / Junior Property Manager

We're looking for a motivated and organised Property Management Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join our busy and growing team.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll spend time conducting inspections, building robust relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, managing tenancy‑related tasks and learning all aspects of property management from an experienced Senior Property Manager.

No two days are the same. One day you could be conducting routine inspections, the next liaising with owners, tenants and trades, preparing properties for lease, assisting with tenant onboarding or helping keep our portfolio running smoothly.

What we're looking for:
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport with both landlords and tenants




Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Property management experience is advantageous but not essential

Bonus points if you have experience with Airbnb or short‑stay accommodation management.
