We're searching for a passionate Store Manager to drive performance, inspire a high-performing team, and bring the 2XU athlete mindset to life at our Chatswood Chase store.

This is your chance toshape the culture, drive performance, and bring the 2XU experience to lifein one of Australia’s premiere retail locations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, engage with the local fitness community, and create a world-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do
Drive store performance throughsales targets, KPIs, and team development
Build, mentor, and inspire ahigh-performing, passionate, and energetic team
Manageday-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
Connect with the local fitness and active community throughevents, collaborations, and partnerships
Deliver aworld-class customer experiencethat reflects the 2XU brand

What You’ll Bring
Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
Genuinepassion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
