Quarry Operator – Axedale: Operate heavy machinery and support quarry operations. Experience preferred; RII tickets not essential.

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a reliable and motivated Quarry Operator to join our team at Axedale Quarry.

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced operator to work in a safety-focused environment with a leading supplier of heavy building materials. You’ll play an important role in daily quarry operations, operating heavy machinery and supporting the production of quality materials.

In This Role, You Will
Operate mobile plant including excavators, front-end loaders, and articulated dump trucks
Carry out daily quarry operations and basic equipment checks
Assist with general site duties including cleaning, hosing, and material handling
Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team





To Be Successful, You Will Have
Experience operating heavy equipment
Relevant RII tickets are not essential, but will be highly regarded.
Quarry, mining, or construction experience preferred
Strong safety focus and commitment to workplace standards
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
