Youth Law Australia is recruiting a People & Culture Manager to lead staff wellbeing, policies, recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day advice. The role collaborates with the Executive Director and leadership team in a lean, mission-driven organisation with scalable people practices.
A focus on values-led approaches and supporting managers is essential. The role is full time on a 12-month contract (with possibility to extend), based in Sydney, Melbourne or Hobart with hybrid work arrangements;
