We are seeking a qualified Caravan Repair/Service Technician to assist our customers when they encounter issues with their camper trailers or hybrid caravans. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers are back on the road as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of caravans/campers and will have the following skills and qualifications:
Robust technical knowledge of caravan/camper construction and systems; including electrical systems such as REDARC, Renogy and Projecta
Ability to diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of caravans/campers
Confidence in installing accessories as required
Agility to complete routine services on campers including testing electrical system, servicing suspension, inspecting etc etc
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
Good communication and customer service skills
The belief that if you’re going to do a job, you believe in doing it right
You don’t need much supervision, just guidance but enjoy working in a team
Are reliable, attend work consistently and have a good work ethic
Experience in towing and reversing caravans/campers
A current Australian driver's license

The role will be based in our recent Lansvale service centre with our Austrack Showroom.
