Facility Manager / Registered Nurse, Aged Care - Corowa, NSW

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager / Registered Nurse for a permanent senior leadership position within a residential aged care facility in Corowa, NSW, commencing ASAP. In this role you will hold overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the facility, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. This is an outstanding prospect for an experienced aged care leader to take full ownership of a facility within a welcoming border-town community on the banks of the Murray River.
Overall operational, clinical and financial management of the facility
Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality resident outcomes
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and legislative requirements
Oversee clinical governance, incident management and continuous improvement initiativesManage AN-ACC funding, budgets and resource allocation
Drive workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention
Build robust relationships with residents, families, GPs, allied health and community stakeholders

About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated experience in aged care facility management or senior clinical leadership
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and AN-ACC funding
Proven operational, financial and workforce management capability
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to drive quality improvement and positive workplace culture
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Eligible to work in Australia

Additional information
