HC DRY BULK POWDER TANKER DRIVER

Full-Time Position | HRD Transport | Canberra Based

HRD Transport is seeking an experienced and reliable HC Dry Bulk Powder Tanker Driver to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a great prospect for a professional driver who takes pride in their work, their vehicle and the service they provide to our customers.

THE ROLE

Based in Canberra, this role involves the transportation and delivery of dry bulk powder products from Port Kembla and Berrima to various locations throughout the region, including:
Canberra
Wagga Wagga
Leeton
West Wyalong
Lake Cargelligo
Cowra
Other regional locations as required

Overnight travel will be required as part of the role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and productive operation of the vehicle, loading and unloading of product, completing required documentation and providing a professional level of service to our customers.

ABOUT YOU
Holds a current HC licence – essential
Has experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably bulk tanker experience
Has BFM accreditation – advantageous
Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Takes genuine pride in their vehicle and presentation




Is professional, reliable and highly motivated
Has an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is able to follow instructions and company procedures
Can work confidently and safely unsupervised
Is punctual, dependable and well presented
Understands the importance of safe driving and responsible vehicle operation
Is willing to undertake overnight trips as required
