Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor an in-house Marketing Coordinator and two Virtual Assistants.
Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, signboards and digital assets.
Manage social media content,



scheduling and brand campaigns.
Oversee all property marketing campaigns from listing launch through to completion.
Coordinate external suppliers including printers and signage companies.
Drive brand awareness through creative marketing initiatives.
Implement recent marketing platforms and train the wider team.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

About You:
Qualified Graphic Designer.
Previous real estate marketing experience is essential.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
